These Terms of Use govern your access to bioourinsing.world and your purchase and use of consultation products offered by Bioourinsing. By using our website or booking a package, you agree to these terms.

2. Nature of Services
Our products are educational nutrition consultations and planning services. They are not medical services, clinical nutrition therapy, or emergency health advice. Content is general in nature and adapted to your stated preferences and budget. You remain responsible for decisions regarding food purchases, preparation, and consumption, including allergen management. The same educational disclaimer shown in our site footer applies to all pages and marketing materials.
3. Consultation Products
Current offerings include the Starter Kitchen Session (€49, single session), Monthly Meal Blueprint (€89 per month, subscription), and Family Budget Bundle (€129, comprehensive family session with two-week plan). Descriptions, deliverables, and prices on meal-offers.html form part of these terms. We may update offerings; confirmed bookings honor the description valid at purchase time.
4. Booking and Payment
Bookings are confirmed after we accept your request and receive payment where applicable. Prices are shown in euros and include Finnish VAT where stated. You agree to provide accurate contact and billing information. Failure to pay may result in cancellation of reserved session times.
5. Session Delivery
Sessions are delivered remotely via agreed video platform unless in-person attendance is explicitly confirmed for our Helsinki location. You are responsible for a stable internet connection and punctual attendance. Late arrival may shorten the session without price reduction. Rescheduling requires at least twenty-four hours notice except for documented emergencies.
6. Materials and Intellectual Property
Meal plans, checklists, and session summaries provided by Bioourinsing are licensed for your personal household use only. You may not resell, publicly distribute, or commercially exploit our materials without written permission. Website content, branding, and design remain our intellectual property.
7. User Conduct
You agree not to misuse the website, submit unlawful content through contact forms, harass consultants, or attempt unauthorized access to our systems. We may refuse or terminate service to users who violate these terms or behave abusively toward staff.
8. Disclaimers
The website and services are provided on an as-available basis. While we strive for accuracy in nutritional information and pricing references, supermarket prices and product availability change frequently. We do not guarantee specific financial savings or health outcomes. To the extent permitted by Finnish and EU consumer law, we disclaim warranties not expressly stated herein.
9. Limitation of Liability
Our liability for damages arising from consultation services is limited to the amount you paid for the specific product giving rise to the claim during the twelve months preceding the event, except where mandatory consumer protection law requires otherwise. We are not liable for indirect losses, lost profits, or issues arising from your implementation of meal suggestions contrary to provided instructions.
10. Consumer Rights
If you are a consumer resident in the EU, you retain statutory rights including those relating to distance contracts and digital content. Details on withdrawal and refunds for consultation products appear in our Return Policy at return.html. Nothing in these terms reduces rights that cannot be waived by contract.
11. Subscription Terms
The Monthly Meal Blueprint renews monthly until cancelled. You may cancel by notifying contact@bioourinsing.world before the next billing date. Access to materials from the current paid period remains available through the end of that period. We may adjust subscription pricing with thirty days notice to active subscribers.
12. Third-Party Links and Tools
Our site may reference external retailers, maps, or tools. We are not responsible for third-party content or privacy practices. Use of Google Maps embeds is subject to Google's terms.
13. Privacy
Personal data handling is described in our Privacy Policy at privacy.html. By using our services you acknowledge that policy.
14. Governing Law and Disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of Finland, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes shall primarily be resolved through negotiation. Consumers may bring claims in the courts of their habitual residence where EU law permits. Business users agree to the jurisdiction of Helsinki district courts.
15. Changes
We may revise these Terms of Use. Continued use of bioourinsing.world after posting changes constitutes acceptance for browsing use. Material changes affecting active subscriptions will be communicated directly where feasible.
